SHIPPING POLICY
Currently, we ship only within India through registered courier companies. Domestic orders: delivered within 1-5 business days. (You will get the delivery date confirmation once your order is confirmed.)
*Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We do not levy any shipping/delivery charges within India. Any order outside India will be based on distance and actual volumetric weights.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from our store in Green Park, Delhi. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout.
TRACKING PACKAGE
Orders that have been processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. Once your order is shipped, we will mail you your tracking number along with information about the shipping agency. You can also track your order status on your personal account, from the “Order Status”.
NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
MODES OF PAYMENT
For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa ) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
As our products are natural handmade products that are perishable, all sales are final. The Natural Botox will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives to its destination. The Natural Botox is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (Blue Dart, Delhivery or DTDC), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the rejuvenating effects of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements to receive your product when delivered. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card. Please refreigerate before and in between Use.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as vegetable-extract creams cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: L20 Green Park, New Delhi 110016
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
