How long does delivery take?
From Our Kitchen to Your Door. All orders are freshly dispatched from our Kitchen Lab in Kalindi Colony, New Delhi.
- Timeline: Most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days.
- The Process: We operate on a "Just-in-Time" model. Your jar is often filled shortly before dispatch to maximize its shelf life.
- Note: To prevent fresh products from sitting in couriers warehouses, we do not dispatch on weekends or just before Public Holidays (unless the order is from DELHI NCR region).
Returns & Replacements
Hygiene & Safety First. Because our products are handcrafted, preservative-free, and perishable (like fresh food), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has left our facility. This ensures that every jar sent out is 100% safe and untouched.
- Damaged on Arrival? If your package arrives tampered with or damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we will rush a fresh replacement to you immediately.
A Note on Delivery Acceptance
The "Fridge-First" Rule. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. Since the product requires refrigeration to maintain its bio-activity, we recommend unpacking and placing your jars in the fridge immediately upon arrival to "wake up" the ingredients.
